Flexible off-cycle payments
To ensure seamless payments beyond your regular schedule, having off-cycle payment functionality is crucial for situations such as corrections, bonuses, or unique circumstances. Previously, using FlexBen Global Payroll for off-cycle payments required contacting customer support. However, our latest update empowers you to effortlessly process all off-cycle payments directly from your dashboard, eliminating the need for additional steps.
Here are the steps for how the off-cycle payment process works:
- Navigate to the Global Payroll dashboard and locate the “Create off-cycle” button in the top right corner.
- Choose the relevant country and legal entity associated with your employees.
- Select the specific employees intended to receive the off-cycle payment.
- Enter the off-cycle payment details including the payment input(s) and the payment amount allocated per employee.
- Submit the payroll input(s), and the FlexBen team will handle the processing of the off-cycle payments.
